Customized Spending Limits To control expenditures, you can set a maximum spending limit per transaction and per month for individual Cardmembers, as well as a maximum monthly limit for all Cardmembers. We also offer variable spending limits to ensure that unforeseen additional charges, such as freight and tax, do not prevent your employees from completing transactions.
Preferred Supplier Restrictions An exclusive benefit of CBA, preferred supplier restrictions enable you to restrict use of individual Cards to a preferred list of vendors. This allows you to further consolidate spend and increase your leverage in supplier negotiations.
Industry Restrictions Industry restrictions enable you to more accurately define the industries from which your employees are able to purchase goods and services. You can set broad industry restrictions on individual Cards, or on all Cards, in the areas of travel, lodging, car rental, restaurants, and oil/gas.
