Spending Controls As a general rule, the American Express Corporate Card features no pre-set spending limit. Some companies choose to set limits to help control high-risk spending on the Corporate Card and enforce spending policies.
Spend controls are available, including: overall spending limits, individual spending limit or immediate suspension of charge privileges upon deliquency.
With individual billing, each Cardmember receives a monthly billing statement detailing his or her charges during the previous period. The Cardmembers can select from 10 billing cycles to coordinate billing dates with each company's payroll periods or reimbursement schedules.
Each Cardmember submits an expense report in accordance with their company policy. The company issues a single cheque to PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk. ("Bank Danamon") for all authorized charges. Cardmembers can pay Bank Danamon directly for unapproved and personal charges.
