Introducing Electronic Merchant Services

 

Electronic Merchant Services ("EMS") is a dedicated team within PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tk. ("Bank Danamon") which provides innovative electronic products and services solutions to assist you in your daily business operations. Some of the benefits of EMS products and services include:  

  • Reduced operation of IT development costs.
  • Streamlined authorization and transaction processing.
  • Reduced processing time and accelerated speed of pay.

AUTOMATED BATCH SUBMISSIONS

If you are a Merchant that currently submits your transactions to Bank Danamon via tape or disk, Automated Batch Submissions ("ABS") will facilitate faster payments and reduce the risk of erroneous transactions. This is because ABS electronically processes your American Express transactions and if required, automatically converts them into American Express format and submits them directly into our processing systems on your behalf.

 

BILLING WATCH

Billing Watch is specially designed for those Merchants that conduct recurring billing programmes. The Billing Watch service, which is unique to American Express, updates your recurring billing programme and provides current information on American Express Card account numbers that have been replaced, cancelled or expired, prior to you submitting them for authorization and settlement.
