• Emergency Card Replacement - Regardless of your location, we will immediately replace your American Express Card in case of loss, theft or damage. Please contact our Customer Service at 021-3435 8881. Your Card will reach you within one business day if you are in Indonesia. If you are travelling, your Card will reach you within two business days.²
